Do I need a card to sign up?
No card needed — ever. The free plan is genuinely free. Paid plans are invoiced in USD and you can pay via EcoCash or bank transfer.
Can I sell while I'm on the free plan?
Yes — you get a live storefront, EcoCash/Paynow payments, order management, and marketplace listing on the free plan. Upgrade when you need more products, staff accounts, or advanced features.
How do payments work?
Payment confirmations (EcoCash, Paynow, etc.) flow to you directly — we're not a payment processor holding your money. You confirm receipt and fulfil the order.
What happens if I cancel?
Your shop stays active until the end of your billing period, then drops to the free plan. Your data, products, and order history are never deleted.
